Capture a hold

ENDPOINT/v1/holds/{hold_id}/capture

Captures an ACTIVE integrator hold. Status becomes CAPTURED and transaction_id is set when a management-operation transaction is posted. The optional body amount captures a partial hold; omit it to capture the full reserved amount. The hold's amount remains the original reservation. Send Idempotency-Key so a retried capture returns the original result.
