Void a hold

ENDPOINT/v1/holds/{hold_id}/void

Releases an ACTIVE hold. Status becomes VOIDED and reserved funds return to available balance. Expired or captured holds reject this transition. Send Idempotency-Key so a retried void returns the original result.
