Advance the sandbox virtual clock

ENDPOINT/v1/simulate/clock/advance

Moves the per-program virtual clock forward and runs due simulator jobs (cycle close, fulfillment, settlement, hold expiry). Send days or duration; omit the body to advance one day. Served only on the sandbox host.
