Simulate an inbound ACH receipt

ENDPOINT/v1/simulate/payments/receipt

Injects an inbound ACH credit onto a sandbox financial account. Creates a PAYMENT transaction with payment_type PAYIN, direction CREDIT, and status PENDING, with a CREATED event. Platform events: transaction.updated. Funds do not post until POST /v1/simulate/payments/release or a receipt-settled action. Served only on the sandbox host.
