Simulate a return reversal

ENDPOINT/v1/simulate/return-reversal

Injects a return reversal on a SETTLED sandbox Transaction that already has a RETURN event. Appends RETURN_REVERSAL, restores the net settled amount, and leaves status SETTLED. Platform events: transaction.updated and balance.updated. Transactions without a RETURN reject this transition. Served only on the sandbox host.
