Reverse an external payment

ENDPOINT/v1/external-payments/{external_payment_id}/reverse

Undoes a SETTLED external payment by posting the opposite movement. Status becomes REVERSED. Pending, released, canceled, or already-reversed records reject this transition. Send Idempotency-Key so a retried reverse returns the original result instead of posting twice.
