Reverse a management operation

ENDPOINT/v1/management-operations/{management_operation_id}/reverse

Undoes a SETTLED management operation by posting the opposite movement on the financial account. Status becomes REVERSED. Pending, declined, or already-reversed operations reject this transition. Send Idempotency-Key so a retried reverse returns the original result instead of posting twice.
