Replace a fraud report

ENDPOINT/v1/transactions/{transaction_id}/fraud-report

Replaces the fraud report for this transaction. status is SUSPECTED_FRAUD, FRAUDULENT, or NOT_FRAUDULENT. Send fraud_type when reporting suspected or confirmed fraud. This is a full replace of the report. This operation is program-scoped.

Fraud standing of a `CARD` transaction. `SUSPECTED_FRAUD` is an open report. `FRAUDULENT` confirms fraud. `NOT_FRAUDULENT` clears a prior suspicion.

Kind of fraud. Required when `status` is `SUSPECTED_FRAUD` or `FRAUDULENT`. Null when `status` is `NOT_FRAUDULENT`.
