Retry a payment

ENDPOINT/v1/payments/{payment_id}/retry

Re-originates a DECLINED ACH payment with the original financial account, external bank account, amount, method, SEC code, and type. Settled, pending, returned, or reversed payments reject this transition. Send Idempotency-Key so a retried retry returns the original result instead of originating twice.
